The main focus of this blog will be to discuss the social anthropological aspects of board games, and how they evolved to become intertwined with our ideas of  spirituality. I offer my opinions regarding how this effects current societal views of games such as Ouija Boards and Tarot Cards, and share stories of my own experiences using them. I will also explore some of the psychological reasons why Talking boards, and ritualistic games like Charlie Charlie and Bloody Mary can provoke such strong reactions and debates regarding the true nature and source of the phenomenon that they demonstrate.
